Team members
An organization is shared by a team. Each person has one role in it, and the role decides what they see and do — not their job title.
Rules & settings in the sidebar, then the Team tab. The Organization members table lists everyone, with the invitations still waiting.
Invite someone
Only owners and admins see Add a member.
Find the person
Add a member opens Invite a team member. Type their full Email address. When it matches a VillaSlot account, the person appears: select them — the Selected user box shows who you picked.
Choose the role
Under Select role: Administrator or Member. See the table below before choosing.
Invite
Invite sends the invitation. It stays disabled until a person is selected.
The person needs a VillaSlot account first. The search only finds an existing account, by its exact email address — nothing appears for someone who has never signed up, and Invite stays disabled. Ask them to create their account, then invite them.
What the invited person does
They receive an email and a notification in VillaSlot. In Account → Invitations, under Received invitations, they see who invited them and when the invitation expires, then choose Accept invitation or Reject invitation. Accepting makes them part of the organization, with the role you chose.
Until then, your table shows the row as Pending invitation, or Expired invitation once it is too late. Cancel invitation withdraws it; invite again to send a new one.

| Create bookings, confirm, reschedule, cancel, complete | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Record a payment | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Add and edit customers | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Force a booking onto a slot already taken | Yes | Yes | No |

| Create API keys | Yes | Yes | No |
A member opens the Booking tab in read-only mode and never sees the organization's financial figures: Dashboard and Reports are absent from their menu, and a direct link to Reports is refused. They still see the price and payments of each booking they manage.
The Customer role is not given from here. A customer gets access to their own space from their customer record — see Customers.
Change a role or remove someone
In the table, Edit role changes a member's role. The Owner role cannot be changed. The remove button takes someone out of the organization after a confirmation.
Your plan may limit the number of members: when it is reached, the invitation is refused.
