Villa opening hours
Opening hours decide when a villa can be booked by the hour. Every booking path reads them — the calendar, the New booking page, the public booking page and the API — so a slot outside them is never offered and never accepted.
Villas in the sidebar, open a villa: Opening hours is the first card. Only owners and admins can change it; members see it read-only.
Set the week
The grid has one row per day, Monday to Sunday, with three columns: Day, Availability and Time range.
Open or close the day
The switch in Availability opens the day. A closed day reads Unavailable — closed all day. Opening a day fills in 07:00–20:00 as a starting point.
Set the time range
Opens at and Closes at. One continuous range per day: no booking can start before the opening time nor end after the closing time. For a villa that never closes, tick Open 24 h.
Copy to the other days
Apply to open days copies this day's range to every day that is open. A closed day stays closed: open it first if you want it included.
Save
Save opening hours. Nothing applies before you save.
| Error | Fix |
|---|---|
| Enter an opening and a closing time for every open day. | Fill both times, or close the day |
| The closing time must be later than the opening time. | A range cannot cross midnight; use Open 24 h for a full day |
Hours are in the organization's timezone
The card says Hours expressed in your organization's timezone. A manager typing 08:00 from Paris for a villa in Bali declares 8 am in the organization's timezone, never in the browser's.
If no timezone is chosen yet, the card warns Time zone not configured and hours are read as UTC. Choose the timezone first, with Open the booking rules — see Booking settings.
A villa with no hours takes no booking
A new villa has no opening hours, and the card says so: No opening hours configured. Until you save some, every slot of that villa is refused. The same goes for rates: a villa needs both its hours and at least one priced duration before it can take an hourly booking.
Where you see them
- The Calendar greys the closed hours, and the quick window shows the villa's hours that day.
- The New booking page only offers start times inside them, and refuses with Outside opening hours or Property closed that day.
- The public booking page offers only slots inside them.
Overnight stays are not cut by opening hours: a stay runs from the villa's check-in time to its check-out time, across the nights. See Overnight stays.
