New booking page
New booking in the sidebar opens the full booking page, titled Create booking. It does everything the calendar's quick window does, plus a negotiated price, a deposit and — for owners and admins — forcing a slot that is already taken.
Every date and time on the page is in your organization's timezone, written at the top of the form — not your computer's.
Fill the form
Preferred payment method
The method the customer's booking link puts forward. It starts on your organization's default method. Let the customer choose puts none forward. Nothing is charged at this stage.
Customer
Search by name, email or phone. Only the customers of this organization are listed. No match? New customer creates one without leaving the page — a name is enough.
Property
Pick a villa. Each card shows its opening hours on the chosen date, or Closed that day. Archived villas are never listed.
Date and Start time
The start time list only offers half-hour steps inside the villa's opening hours that day, so pick the villa and the date first.
Duration
Only the durations the villa has a rate for can be picked; the others show Not priced. A villa with no rate at all shows Open property pricing.
Price
Prefilled from the villa's rate for that duration, tagged DEFAULT. See below to negotiate it.
Payment terms
Full payment or Deposit. See below.
The Summary on the right repeats the customer, villa, date, time, buffer, both statuses and the total. If something is missing when you submit, Missing required fields lists it.

While overridden, the page reminds you of the configured price. Changing the villa or the duration updates a default price, never a negotiated one.
The price is frozen on the booking when it is created. Changing the villa's rates later changes neither this booking nor any other already saved — and overriding here changes nothing in the villa's rates.
Full payment or deposit
- Full payment — the full price is due to confirm the booking.
- Deposit — enter a Deposit percentage, a whole number from 1 to 100 (50 to start with). The page shows the Deposit due now and the Balance after deposit. The payment link asks for the deposit first; the balance is always the price minus what has been received. See Payments.
Save as hold or Confirm booking
The two buttons decide the status of the booking you create:

Whether a hold blocks the slot for everyone else is an organization choice, set in Booking settings. The expiry delay lives in Automations.
Confirmed does not mean paid. Both buttons create an UNPAID booking: the payment status only changes when money is actually recorded.
When the slot is refused
The page asks the server whether the slot is free each time you change the villa, the date, the time or the duration, and both buttons stay disabled while the answer is a refusal.

If someone takes the slot between the check and your click, nothing is created and your entries are kept.
Force this booking
On a Slot unavailable refusal only, owners and admins see Force this booking. The window Create on an occupied slot? names what blocks the slot and what you are about to create. Tick the acknowledgement, then Create anyway — or Keep the slot free.
- The villa then has two bookings at the same time. The existing one is not changed.
- The override is recorded under your name in the booking's history.
- When the booking in the way is a hold, waiting may free the slot without forcing anything.
- Members never see this option. A closed day, opening hours or an unpriced duration can never be forced.
After creation
Booking created shows the booking, its statuses and, for a hold, when it expires. From there:
- See the calendar opens the day of the booking.
- Client link — Copy link to send it your way, or Send link by email if the customer has an email address. The email carries the villa, date, time, price, amount due and the link.
- Create a new booking clears the form.
Nothing reaches the customer until you send the link. A customer without an email address can still pay: copy the link and share it by WhatsApp or SMS.
