GET /api/v1/properties/{propertyId}
One villa, archived ones included: the history of its bookings must stay readable after it leaves the catalogue.

200 OK— the villa, includingcheckInMinuteandcheckOutMinute(integers 0–1439, local organization-timezone minutes). Defaults: 840 / 720 (14:00 / 12:00). Changing villa settings never changes stored booking instants.
What it refuses
401 Unauthorized— missing or invalid key, or a key whose bearer left the organization.404 Not Found— unknown id, or an id belonging to another organization. The two are deliberately indistinguishable.429 Too Many Requests— over 120 requests in a minute for this key.
