Bookings list
Bookings in the sidebar lists your organization's bookings as cards — a list to scan, where the Calendar is a grid to place things on. Both show the same bookings.
Each card carries the villa's photo and name, the booking status, the date, the start and end time, and the customer's name. A click opens the booking.
Two lists, one switch
The switch at the top chooses which list you read. It is two different questions, not two sort orders of the same list.
The bookings that start from now on, the nearest first, grouped by day: Today, Tomorrow, The day after tomorrow, then the date.
- "Today" is the day in your organization's timezone, not your computer's.
- A booking that has already started is no longer here, even if it ends later today.
- Every booking status is listed, cancelled and expired included: read the status on the card.
Filter and search
- Villa — All villas or one villa.
- Search for a customer — a part of the customer's name. Case and accents do not matter: genevieve finds Geneviève.
The two combine, with either list, and the count says what you are looking at. They live in the page address: reloading or sharing the link keeps them. Long lists are split into pages.
| Empty message | Meaning | Way out |
|---|---|---|
| No upcoming booking. | Nothing starts from now on | New booking |
| No booking for a villa | The filter hides the other villas | Clear the filter |
| No booking for a search | No customer name matches | Clear search |
Manage a booking
The card opens the booking's own page. Its actions depend on its status:
| Status | Actions offered |
|---|---|
| Hold | Confirm booking, Reschedule, Cancel booking |
| Confirmed | Mark as completed, Reschedule, Cancel booking |
| Completed, cancelled, expired | none — the page says why |
The same page carries the payment link and the payments — see Payments.
The list never edits anything by itself: no bulk action, no inline change. Everything happens on the booking's page.
