Overnight stays
A villa rented by the hour can also be rented by the night. Stays and hourly bookings share the same occupancy: a stay from the 3rd to the 5th makes any shoot on that period impossible, and the other way round.
Set up a villa for stays
On the villa's page (Villas, then open the villa):
- Overnight rate — the price of one night. Left empty, the villa never appears on the public overnight booking page.
- Check-in time and Check-out time — per villa, in your organization's timezone. A villa set to 14:00 / 11:00 is occupied from 14:00 on arrival day to 11:00 on departure day. Existing bookings keep their recorded times when you change them.
- Minimum stay — in Booking settings, for the whole organization. The departure day is not a night: from the 3rd to the 5th is 2 nights.
Create a stay
New overnight stay in the sidebar opens Create overnight stay.
Preferred payment method
The method the booking link will put forward, as on an hourly booking. Let the customer choose puts none forward.
Customer
Search for the customer, or create one with New customer.
Villa
Each villa shows the minimum stay. Archived villas are never listed.
Check-in and Check-out
Pick the arrival day and the departure day. Under each date, the page shows the hour it applies — the villa's own check-in and check-out times. The Nights count appears in the summary.
Booking status
Hold or Confirmed, for the summary. The button you press at the end decides.
Price
Type the total price of the stay, in your organization's currency. It is not computed from the nightly rate here: Enter the total price for this stay. The amount is frozen on the booking.
The whole period is checked as soon as the villa and both dates are set. Period available means you can save; then Confirm booking or Save as hold.

The page has no deposit and no forced booking: a stay is due in full, and an occupied period cannot be overridden. A hold stay expires like any hold.
After creation
Stay created confirms the number of nights and links to the calendar. The stay then gets the same payment link and payment tracking as any other booking: open it to copy or email its link. Nothing is sent to the customer before you do.
Shoots fit between stays
The time between a check-out and the next check-in stays bookable by the hour, as long as the villa's opening hours, buffer and existing bookings allow it. A stay itself carries no buffer. The same venue is never sold twice.
