Reports
Reports in the sidebar answers two questions for a period: how many bookings, and how much money came in. It is for owners and admins.
Pick a period
| Period | Covers |
|---|---|
| This month | the whole current month, from the 1st |
| Last month | the 1st to the last day of the previous month |
| Last 30 days | thirty days back from today |
| Last 90 days | ninety days back from today |
| This year | the whole current year, from January 1st |
| Last year | the whole previous year |
| Custom period | your Start and End dates, then Apply |
Every boundary is computed in your organization's timezone, and the dates covered are written on the screen. The period is in the page address, so a report can be shared as a link. A custom period whose end comes before its start is refused.
Last month and Last 30 days are two different periods. On March 15, Last month is all of February; Last 30 days runs from mid-February to today.
Read it
The report has three blocks, and they do not count the same thing. Each one writes under its title what it is anchored on.
| Block | Counts | Anchored on |
|---|---|---|
| By booking status | bookings | the session date, within the period |
| By payment method | money collected | the payment date, within the period |
| Payments in this period | one row per payment | the payment date, most recent first |
- By booking status lists Hold, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled and Expired, zeros included, and how many bookings that makes.
- By payment method gives the amount per method and the Total collected, refunds of the period deducted. When there were refunds, the block says how much.
- Payments in this period has one row per payment: date, villa, customer, booking status, payment status, method and amount. A booking paid in two installments has two rows; a booking with no payment has none. Open the booking leads to it.
The two anchors explain most "wrong" totals. A deposit received in September for a December shoot is September money, but a December booking. And a confirmed booking can still be unpaid: booking status and payment status never mix.
A payment method you have disabled since still shows in a report that contains it — the report says what happened, not what is allowed today. Amounts are in your organization's currency; with no currency set, the report asks you to choose one in the booking rules.
Filter
Booking status, Payment status and Payment method narrow the totals, the table and the export together. Show everything removes them.
Export
Export to CSV downloads exactly what the screen shows — same period, same filters, same rows. The file name carries the organization and the period, and amounts are numbers your spreadsheet can add up.
Members keep access to villas and bookings, but not to Reports nor to the organization's financial figures — by menu or by direct link.
