Airbnb
Each villa can show its Airbnb calendar inside VillaSlot. Airbnb nights and VillaSlot bookings sit on the same grid, and you decide what an overlap does.
Connect a villa
- In Airbnb, open the listing calendar, then Availability → Calendar sync → Export, and copy the iCal link.
- In VillaSlot, open the villa, then Airbnb calendar, paste the link and Connect.
The link stays private and is not shown again. The calendar is then imported automatically, without anyone signed in; Refresh asks for an import right away. The card shows whether the calendar is up to date, being synced, old, or in error — a failed import keeps the last valid events.
On the calendar
- Airbnb reservations and Airbnb unavailable dates appear in day, week and month views, with distinct labels. They are read-only: edit them in Airbnb.
- Show Airbnb hides or shows them, without changing your bookings or the rules below.
- Stays use the villa's own check-in and check-out times, so the hours before a check-in or after a check-out stay bookable by the hour, within the villa's opening hours.
- An imported event creates no booking, no customer, no payment and no revenue.
Conflicts: warn or block
Booking rules sets two independent policies for the organization:
| Policy | Choices | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Airbnb reservations | Warn, Block | Warn |
| Airbnb unavailable dates | Ignore, Warn, Block | Warn |
Warn lets the booking through with a warning; Block refuses it. The same decision applies everywhere a booking is made — the team, the public booking page and the API. Unavailable dates have their own policy because they are often slots you blocked on Airbnb for a shoot booked in VillaSlot.
In Block mode, when the last successful sync is too old, new bookings on that villa are suspended until fresh data comes in. Your other villas are not affected.
