The rules that govern every booking of the organization: which currency amounts are expressed in, which timezone local days and times mean, the buffer between two shootings, how long a hold lasts and whether it blocks the slot, and whether the public booking page is open.
Changing them never rewrites the past. Price, currency and buffer are copied onto each booking when it is created; a setting changed today leaves yesterday's bookings exactly as they were.
