A villa is what gets booked. Everything a booking needs hangs off it: opening hours (a day without hours is closed, which is not the same as free), a rate grid (a duration with no rate is not bookable at all) and, optionally, a nightly rate.
Reading is open to every member; configuring is not. That mirrors the app exactly: the product reserves villa configuration to the owner and the organization admins.
A villa is never deleted — it is archived. Its past bookings stay attached to it.
